Registration Fees

Schools in India, Bhutan, and Nepal are required to remit a registration fee of INR 170 per student per Olympiad (inclusive of GST) to the Scholar Olympiad Foundation (SOF). Additionally, schools may charge up to INR 30 per student to cover honorarium for the in-charge, remuneration for teachers providing guidance, and other related expenses.

Students with major physical disabilities or Indian students whose parent(s) were martyred during defence operations are exempted from the registration fee.

For schools outside these countries, the registration fee is US$11 per student per Olympiad, and an additional US$1 per student may be charged for similar expenses.

Registration Process

Participating schools are required to courier the completed registration forms along with payment to SOF. Schools must ensure the SOF School Code, a unique six-digit identifier assigned to each school, is quoted when remitting payment.

1. QR Code Payment - Scan the QR Code and make payment via UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card.

2. Demand Draft OR Multicity Cheque - Drawn in favor of Scholar Olympiad Foundation payable at New Delhi.
3. Online Transfer - NEFT / RTGS through the following sample bank accounts.
